ABOUT THE UNIT
The eye check that actually gets done.
Our ophthalmology unit provides vision assessment, prescription checks, retinal imaging, glaucoma screening and treatment for anterior segment conditions, with diabetic retinal screening coordinated alongside the internal medicine team.
Where surgery is indicated — cataract among them — the assessment, the measurements and the referral are handled here, with your record following you.
WHAT WE TREAT
01
Blurred vision
Refraction and retinal check in one visit.
02
Diabetic eyes
Screened on schedule, reported to your physician.
03
Dry or red eye
Cause identified before drops are prescribed.
04
Cataract
Assessed, measured and referred with your file.
THE TREATMENT JOURNEY
1Assessment
A consultant reviews your history and examines you properly — with the ophthalmology team, not a triage desk.
2Tests in the building
Bloods, imaging or functional testing on the same floor, usually reported before you leave.
3A plan you understand
Options, timeline and cost stated up front, with your insurance cover confirmed before anything begins.
4Follow-up
A recall date and a shared record, so the next appointment starts where this one finished.
